Are you a customer service star with medical clinic experience? Join the team at our busy clinic in Vancouver.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you are the face of the clinic and responsible for providing an outstanding client care experience.

Responsibilities

  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Collect and record patient information;
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Manage client appointments and maintain schedules;
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Third party and private billing;
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Assemble and maintain patient files and
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 General office administration.

Requirements

  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Well-organized, efficient, and able to effectively multi-task.
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Proficient on the computer.
  • 5231FCF8-D045-4ABF-8D05-52AE51C9BF01 Experience in a hearing or healthcare clinic is essential.
