I have been a client of NexGen since 2017 and am currently on the wait list for a cochlear implant. It is a long process and requires a lot of testing and patience. Throughout this journey, Mandy has been amazing. She has so much knowledge, the most up to date testing capacity and is caring and patient. I can't thank her enough for helping me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her (and her team) to anyone looking for help with their hearing.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always made sure I was satisfied with my hearing aids before moving on. These folks are not pushy sales people so dont be nervious when booking an appointment to get tested for heiring aids. Would definitely be a returning customer.

ANSWERS ABOUT HEARING AIDS AND MORE
Frequently Asked Questions
If your hearing aid is making a beeping noise, it means that your battery is low and needs to be replaced. Simply change the battery in your device and the beeping noise will stop.
If you have run out of hearing aid batteries, come see us at our clinic and we will be happy to get you set up with some new ones.
Hearing aid prices vary from several hundred dollars up to a few thousand, and it all depends on the technology level in each device. Affordable hearing aids and the more expensive options come with different features and capabilities.
⠀
You can think of hearing aids as coming in levels of gold, silver, or bronze. If your listening needs are simple, it just might be that even the most basic hearing aid is enough for you. If your life is more active and you find yourself wanting to hear better in more active and noisy listening environments, then a more sophisticated level of hearing aid features will give you more benefit.
⠀
NexGen Hearing also offers financing options to help you with an affordable option to improve your hearing. Learn more about our lease to hear financing and other hearing aid financing options.
There are many factors that determine the style of hearing aid that’s right for you, including but not limited to factors such as your degree of hearing loss, size and shape of your ear and ear canal, and any special features that are required.

At our clinic, we use the pure-tone audiometry test which involves you sitting in a soundproof room while wearing headphones and pressing a button every time you hear a sound. This is a short and painless test that usually lasts about 15 minutes.
