About 360-AfterCare With NexGen Hearing
When you sign up for our 360-AfterCare program, we’ll provide you with advice on how to get the most out of your hearing aids. We’ll set you up for success so you can start using your hearing aids with ease! Hearing aids take some time to get used to and the model you choose may not be the right fit for your lifestyle. You have 90-days to test out your hearing aids before committing to buying them. You’ll also be able to exchange for a different model or style of hearing aid within these 90-days.
Access to Professional Services
3 Years of Maintenance & Repairs
Hearing aids need maintenance and repairs, like any type of device. All of this is made easier through our 360-AfterCare program. To ensure your hearing aids are always in good working order, you’ll have access to professional cleanings done by a hearing care specialist. We’ll also be able to program or adjust your hearing aids to suit your needs. If anything ever happens to your hearing aids, we’ll be able to repair any issues or replace any missing pieces. You’ll be fully covered with no extra charges. If you’re ever in need of batteries or replacement domes, you can order some for free from a NexGen Hearing clinic near you. Through our 360-AfterCare program, you’ll be covered for three full years.
Annual Appointments & Adjustments
Yearly check-ins and in-person or online consultations are available through our 360-AfterCare program. We recommend a yearly check-in so that our hearing care professionals can make any adjustments needed for optimal use and comfort. If you require any additional guidance, you can easily book a follow-up consultation at any one of our NexGen Hearing clinics or online for your convenience. Our professionals will address any questions or concerns you may have, provide you with additional resources or guidance on using your hearing aid device and more!
